Scale Up and Down as needed. Practice efficiency with the pullup – if still working on it use floor modification / ring rows / Bands.
Use low bars, rather than bands for pull-up modifications
Overhead Squat (3x3x3x3x3x3 @75%)
Start light and Build, Ensure depth on each rep. Heels down, chest up, keep shoulders active!
Handstand Pushup (Strict vs Kip)
