Our CrossFit Xpress class is specifically designed for those on the run. We know life is demanding and schedules are hectic so we’ve formulated a class that fits into your lunch break. Come in and get a quick, effective and efficient WOD! The “Strength” component of our programming is available after the WOD for those with a little more time. CrossFit Xpress is held on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays from 12:00 to 1:00 pm.
