As a community, we at CrossFit HighGear are happy to help our members get the most out of their nutrition. Proper nutrition has the power to fuel a healthy and strong body. Our introductory program will give each member a general overview of our recommendations. But we recognize that some members might want more specific nutrition coaching pertaining to their goals. For this reason, we offer three in-depth, specific nutrition tracks to deliver results:
HG Weight Loss – Many individuals struggle with their weight and have been trained to fear fat, carbs, sugars, etc. For some, their daily interaction with food causes stress instead of leading to healing. Our weight loss track offers coaching, tools, and knowledge to establish a healthy relationship with food – all while delivering results! If you are looking to lose fat and lean out, this program is for you!
HG Lifestyle – Some don’t have goals to lose weight but to simply fuel their bodies in a way that is more natural and wholesome. We realize with so many different diets out there (Atkins, Paleo, Gluten-Free, South Beach, Weight Watchers, Zone, etc) many are confused about the optimal way to eat. The HG Lifestyle nutrition track provides everything you need to eat clean and stay healthy.
HG Performance – Nutrition is the largest factor to improvement in the gym. The HG Performance track is designed for athletes who want to fuel their workout and competition performances, set personal records and get the most out of their CrossFit programming. Unlike fad diets and other short term solutions, HG Performance is a lifestyle that teaches athletes how to eat to perform.
If you are ready to gear up your diet, be sure to enroll in one of our nutrition tracks! Each track includes a personalized nutrition profile based on your individual goals, access to nutrition tools, menus and recipes, weekly consultations, online support groups and resources, and initial and final measurements and assessments. We offer 30 day, 90 day, and 6 month plans for individuals and couples. If you are not a current member of CrossFit HighGear we also include two free weeks of classes because we are convinced that diet and exercise together will deliver the results you want.
